Highly recommend Base Residential. I have placed 3 of my properties with Base to manage for me and the service I have received from them has been excellent, by far the best property managers I have dealt with in the city so far. No hidden charges no extra fees and beat all the other local companies on the monthly management fees to pay. Very quick at sorting out any maintenance issues for me and the best thing about it is no massive bills for repair works which is something I have faced in the past. I will be listing more of my properties in the near future with this company, pleasure to work with.

I am a Landlord who Signed up with BASE RESIDENTIAL this week and the process was easy quick and very professional. Natalie the lettings manager came out to do full property inspection and the property is already advertised and online to Let with viewings already booked in.
