Repairs/Refurbishment – Obtaining estimates ( inc in fees ) – (Inspection of works, supervision ) 15% ( subject to a
minimum charge of £75.00 )

Re-letting Disbursements (advertising, credit check and land registry disbursements ) – £125.00

Withdrawal fee (If you instruct us to proceed with a proposed Tenancy and subsequently withdraw your
instructions, before the completion of the Tenancy documentation you agree to meet the reasonable costs and
expenses incurred by us and pay a contribution towards our advertising costs – 3 months management fee
