Let Only Service (All Prices Including VAT)

Letting fee – 10% of the total amount due (plus VAT)

Court attendance – £50.00 per hour/part

Maintenance administration charge for works over £150.00 fee plus 15%

Property visits/midterms  £90.00

Income and expenditure report £150.00

Additional Inspections – £25.00 per visit

Additional reporting to HMRC £20. 00

Arranging replacement keys £10.00 per key

Insurance claims – 10% ( Where claim total exceeds £200.00 )

Consent to let ( if required we will apply ) – £25.00

Empty care – £25.00 per visit – Recommended minimum bi-weekly (Not repair/Maintenance related)

Pre Letting Service – £25.00 Per hour/ or part

Repossession and Small claims costs – To administer, issue & serve a county court claim for repossession of property and rent arrears ( Does not include court costs ) – £150.00

Tax for non-exempt landlords  ( if required ) – £25.00

Repairs/Refurbishment – Obtaining estimates ( inc in fees ) – (Inspection of works, supervision ) – 15% ( subject to a minimum charge of £75.00 )

Re-letting Disbursements (advertising, credit check and land registry disbursements ) – £95.00
