Please Note:

Application fees are non-refundable once the referencing process has commenced.

A tenancy application is not an offer of a tenancy and proposed moving in dates are subject to satisfactory referencing.

Once the lease is ready to be signed, we will require payment of one months rent in advance, together with a deposit equal to one months rent plus £100.

We do not accept payment by cheque.

You will be required to provide two forms of ID for each tenant. Some examples of ID are:

• Photographic ID e.g. driving license or passport
• Proof of address e.g. a recent utility bill or bank statement
